Two Buildings on the Same Lot. Occupancy Permits for 9 Units from Mt. Oliver Borough. 3-Unit Building has been Completely Rehabbed. The 6-Unit Building can be rented as is with just cosmetic work needed but the utilities in that building are all paid for by the landlord. It will require a large amount of work to split all Utilities and completely rehab and update the units as we did in the 3 unit next door. Rents are projected. 3-Unit Utilities are now Separated. The landlord pays water and sewer only in that building. The 6-Unit will need the same done or can be rented out with landlord paying all utilities.
