My husband and I had been looking for our "dream home" for two years or so, and refused to budge on any aspect of what we wanted out of a home. We were on a relatively average budget, and this made it extra difficult to find just the right one for just the right price. I stumbled onto Kevin somehow, on Facebook I believe, and although I generally detest how most realtors I've run into are pushy, and clearly financially motivated, Kevin was genuinely looking to offer a hand in our search. He offered to add us to MLS without any qualms or commitment, and for the next two years, continually and intermittently answered any one-off questions that arose, and showed homes happily and promptly when I requested. As we got more serious in our search, Kevin would send me listings he spotted that met our criteria, and helped me to bounce ideas around, until FINALLY we landed the right one. Suddenly, Kev swooped into action! He helped me make an offer on the property in less than 3 hours after it was listed. It was a LONG process until the end of close due to the home being overseen by a guardian, but our friendly neighborhood realtor helped us patiently through it, and I was updated every step of the way. Kevin pleasantly replied to all of my "when, when, when????" questions, haha. We closed on our DREAM HOME just last week, and we are in love. Kevin was a pleasure to work with through our long, in-depth process, and is a sweet guy with a wealth of knowledge.
